Hey, Luv Ya

If you know that you will lose something tomorrow, what will you do? Spending every precise moment with it? Or keep asking, “Why me?”. Or regretting having it in the first place. There is a famous Chinese phrase, “Better off having short lived joy than never had any.” I do believe, broken love is better than no love.

Love is implant in us from the day we were created. However, until our last breath, many had yet grasped the true meaning of love.

I had heard a joke about an old couple. The old lady sensing that their marriage got boring, in an effort trying to spice things up, she was humiliated. She took off every single strand of her cloth, seducingly asking the old man, “Is my clothes nice?”. The old man answered, “Sure, if you had it ironed first.” The irony of this joke is that even toiling utmost hardship trying to keep the vow, ‘till death do us part.’, their love is only skin deep. Some said, “When beauty fades, love is gone.” Wasn’t it another way round, “When love fades, beauty is gone.”

There is another run of a joke regarding friendship in my mobile,

Friendships grow out of chance…
Meeting a mere glance, and then a smile…
And touches the heart in more ways than one!
Isn’t it great, how we have grown?
From being perfect strangers to who we’re today
That nothing much changed.

It suppose to be some cruel joke, but when it reached my friend who had no sense of humor (I am glad of that), she re-edits it and shoot back,

Friendships grow out of chance…
Meeting a mere glance, and then a smile…
And touches the heart in more ways than one!
Isn’t it great how we have grown?
From being perfect strangers to who we’re today
Perfect friends in complete harmony
With each other’s thoughts, hopes and plans…
I am so lucky to have you as my friend…
Friends forever!
Luv ya!

A bad gesture is returned with kindness will melt the resolve of to hurt someone in the name of humor. The chain of hurting others for entertainment is broken and is replaced by teary eyes, touched by appreciation. Tears had cleanses soul and clear up the blurry eyes, burdened by the dust of the material world today.

Love is always in the air. Be it friendship or relationship. Grab it. Let’s open up our arms to embrace friends (erm… I mean embracing not molesting) to show that we love them. That’s love that attracts us to be friend. Don’t be painfully shy to say, “I love you.” For those who receive this love confession, just don’t shout back, “Hey, I am not gay.”
